We have been providing medical services locally for more than twenty years. Doctor Jeevana Krishna, a board certified, award winning physician has been practicing for 27 years and is the lead physician at Cumming Family Medicine. Dr. Amit Dua, Dr. Uma Jamched, and Dr. Hema Byrapuneni provide both inpatient care at the hospital and outpatient care at our clinics. Each of these physicians has over 20 years of experience. Dr. Anjali Dua, our internist, has been in the practice for more than fifteen years primarily providing outpatient care. Dr. Vijayalakshmi Vadireddy, our family practitioner, provides care for all ages, as well as immigration and DOT physicals.

At our four conveniently located medical clinics, we develop an ongoing, personal, trusted healthcare partnership between the doctor and patient. All Cumming Family Medicine clinic locations are staffed with only board-certified physicians. When you visit us, you are guaranteed to see only a board-certified doctor. We also have bilingual staff to assist with your interpretation needs.
